Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags and packaging are not eligible for return or refund. Clearance, sale, and promotional items are also non-returnable unless they are received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or another suitable method determined by Umair Collection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and its packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.

Exchange Policy

Items eligible for exchange may be exchanged for the same product in a different size or another available item of equal value, subject to stock availability.
